From the book:

Words are geographies
vast
expanses rest in the sigh
of a letter
the changes              never as remote as the island
in a thought.

Deducing ideas from actions
less likely
to find anything worth its weight in syllables.

Through a vortex
Of discomfort          love expresses a displaced action
        To close to an epiphany
A breath slips through an hour glass, past midnight.

&
relative to a dynamic sequence
events merge
what happens far is coming
around / too near
for comfort. It is in your ear.
